Cynthia J. Pendery, CPCP, is a licensed and insured, certified permanent cosmetic professional and Novalash Certified Lash Extensionist with years of experience, having completed hundreds of procedures in her Chico and Paradise, CA, offices. A long-time member in excellent standing with the Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals, you will be in good hands in her new and private clinical salon located in the thriving college town of Chico, CA.
Active members of the Society must meet the highest standards for safety and technical ability. Member technicians stay current in this industry through regular newsletters, conventions and educational conferences.

In June of 2003, I became certified in permanent cosmetics through an intensive and comprehensive training program at the American Institute of Education for Esthetics Skin Care and Electrolysis in Long Beach, CA.I have since owned and operated Paradise Permanent Cosmetics on Skyway in Paradise, CA, as well as Permanent Cosmetics of Chico, CA, on W. 2nd Ave., and now Everlasting Beauty, LLC at 2101 Forest Ave., Ste. 100, in Chico. I have doctors' references and have performed hundreds of procedures.
In addition, I am a member of the SPCP, the most dominant force in the permanent cosmetics industry today, serving as the leading representative in the legislative forefront, governing the trade of permanent cosmetic tattooing as well as providing, for its members and the public at large, an advisory board comprised of experts in the field, including a panel of doctors, nurses and attorneys.
Members of the Society are held to the highest standards of excellence, a code of ethics, and are required to attend annual continuing education courses for the latest in technique, medical and legal issues, technology, equipment and industry-specific supplies.
